Mizuno MR25 Ultramarathon 2019

Looking at going the distance and surpassing your limits? Enjoy the trails and find road running too boring in Singapore?

Join one of the oldest running ultramarathon trail events, Mizuno MR25 Ultramarathon 2019. This shall be the 40th edition organised by Macritchie Runners 25 (MR25). The race will start and end at Singapore’s favourite trail running haven, MacRitchie Reservoir.

Come and challenge your endurance limits! Complete a minimum of 5 loops to unlock your finisher medal within 12 hours. Go further and beyond to rise up in the distance ranks.

For this year’s special edition, we are pleased to announce that there will be a new TEAM CATEGORY! Being runners ourselves, we understand that it is daunting to attempt 50km of trail running.  Rope in your friends, form a team of 3 and complete as many loops as possible.

Race Categories

  • Individual: Men & Women
  • Mixed team relay: 3 runners in a team (must consist at least one runner of the opposite gender)

Race Format

  • Event is a 12 hours race format, from 7am to 7pm
  • Each loop is around 10km which consists of approximately 90% trail
  • Runners will be awarded with finisher entitlements when they fulfil their respective category requirements
  • Individual category: complete minimum 5 laps
  • Mixed team relay category: complete minimum 7 laps

MR25 members discount will be applicable for individual category and mixed team relay. For mixed team relay, at least 1 runner in the team to be a MR25 member. Only 1 discount code can be applied to 1 team and it will be issued to the MR25 member in the team.

MacRitchie Runners 25, one of the longest running club in Singapore has many successes in running the yearly Ultra Marathon.

We will be holding our inaugural Marathon Relay, bringing running enthusiast to Singapore’s first reservoir and nature reserve for a cross-country run.

The event is open to 15 different age groups and genders combination. You will find something that suits your team.

This will be a great way for team bonding and we hope it will ignite passion in trail running.

Hi MR25 Members (paid up members)

In conjunction with the MR25 40th Anniversary & supporting the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon, we organising an exclusive RACE WITHIN RACE (full marathon) for your participation.

Attractive Mizuno prizes will be awarded for the top 5 position for each category among MR25 members who cross the finishing line.

The respective category :   Men’s Open (44 yrs & below), Men’s Veteran (45 yrs & above), Women’s Open (39 yrs & below) & Women’s Veteran (40 yrs & above).

Be mindful wearing MR25 Mizuno vest/tee during the race for the qualification.  Please contact us (ask@mr25.org.sg)  if you do not have it.

Race pack collection for “Salomon MR25 X-country marathon 2015″

Race pack collection will take place on Saturday 20th June (Saturday) at Salomon Branded Shop @ Kallang Wave Mall #01-53, between 11am and 7pm.

Make sure to bring your registration confirmation slip (the one with printed barcode) which has been sent to you once you have completed your registration.
