General terms and conditions of lucky draw
1. The lucky draw is open to all runners that pre-entered for the 4 race Progressive Run Series and who run in the race on that day
2. Runners who register for only one race of the series or enter on the race day itself are not eligible for the draw
3. The winner of each prize must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed by the winner within 5 minutes then the prize will be redrawn
4. The lucky draw will be drawn within 15 minutes of completion of the cut off time on the race day
5. The MR25 committees decision on all matters is final
Terms and conditions for flight ticket prize
1. Each flight ticket prize is one Return Economy class ticket from Singapore to Perth, Australia and includes all taxes and surcharges
2. Flight must be booked in the name of the runner who won the prize, no name substitution is allowed
3. The flight dates must include a stay in Perth over the weekend of 25th & 26th August 2012 to attend the Perth City to Surf Marathon event
4. The flight dates must be submitted to MR25 within 2 weeks of the draw date and MR25 will book the ticket on the winners behalf
5. Accommodation and entry to race are not included
6. Members of MacRitchie Runners25 committee and family are not eligible for the lucky draw
