The selection of MR25 2013/2014 “Elites” – the group of fastest and most resilient individuals having the privilege of representing the club at various local events – will be based on the results of a 10km qualifying run around the MacRitchie Reservoir.
In order to qualify for a place in MR25 Elite, the individuals need to achieve the following times in the qualifying run:
- Men open category – under 43 min.
- Men veteran category – under 45 min.
- Women open category – under 50 min.
The qualifying run will be held on 29th September – see the link below.

3-Feb: 5km Time Trial
3-Mar: Progressive Series – 15km
7-Apr: 5km Time Trial
5-May: Progressive Series -20km
2-Jun: 5km Time Trial
7-Jul: Progressive Series – 25km
4-Aug: 5km Time Trial
1-Sep: Progressive Series – 30km
6-Oct: 5km Time Trial
3-Nov: Progressive Series – 35km
1-Dec:: 5km Time Trial
29-Sunday: Ultra Marathon

The last date for Ultra Marathon 2012 registration will be 30-Nov-2012.

Due to an unforeseen circumstances, the starting point for the last of the Series Run on this Sunday 2nd Sep 2012, will be held at the Zig Zag Bridge, the same starting point as the 5Km Time Trial.
Due to the last of the Series Run, this Sunday Marathon Training is cancelled.
